What's a Red Eye ™ ?

The Red Eye ™ was originally conceived as a
"Fixed Focal Length" or "Non-Zoom Through" wide angle adapter,
for professional television camera lens.

With the introduction of the DV and HDV camera systems, The Red Eye ™ can sometimes be used as a " Zoom Through" wide angle adapter with some HDV camera systems. This is more a function of the camera rather than The Red Eye ™ .

The Red Eye ™ is available in a number of filter diameters. We produce most sizes commonly in demand by the professional cameraman. We also update our product on a regular basis. Both the diameter sizes and adapter powers available will vary from time to time.
